Monadelphous is seeking interest from HSE Advisors to join our Bunbury team in the South West Region of WA, supporting our Maintenance and Industrial Services Division. Work closely with the site team to provide HSE advice and expertise.

Conducting and supporting HSE audits, inspections, investigations and training/awareness.Monitor work practices to ensure adherence to safety and environmental procedures and standards.Ensure all HSE processes and activities; JHA’s, permits etc. comply with relevant HSE legislation and company standards.Provide hands on support to implement HSE improvements, plans or solutions.What you’ll bring:
Certificate IV qualification in OHS and/ or Environmental or related area is essential, Diploma preferred.Experience in a similar HSE site based role.Well established knowledge of site HSE policies and procedures, and extensive knowledge of HSE legislation and standards and their relevance to Monadelphous.Well-developed communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to foster interpersonal relationships across all levels.Life at Monadelphous
