Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HSE Adviser to join our team at Weatherford, a leading organization in the Oil & Energy industry. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day monitoring and implementation of all HSE programs and initiatives at rig site for the LSTK Integrated Project. Your primary focus will be ensuring adherence to Weatherford's HSE policies and standards, as well as Saudi Aramco's HSE policies HSERM., SWIM and GI’s and contractual requirements, across all site operations.
Responsibilities:
Ensure effective communication and implementation of Weatherford's HSE standards and Saudi Aramco's HSE policies across assigned LSTK Rigs. Monitor and report on critical HSE findings to the ISP HSE Manager and relevant stakeholders. Actively assist in the preparation and implementation of HSE audits and inspections, ensuring that identified action plans are effectively executed. i.e. QSI, RHSEI, HSEGA and LPCR etc. Oversee the implementation of Weatherford & Saudi Aramco's HSE plans and report on KPIs regularly. Maintain Weatherford's ISP HSE documentation at the site level in accordance with established standards. Collaborate with the Project team, Rig Management & Drilling Supervisors to ensure adherence to well control procedures and equipment monitoring. Ensure proper management of work permits, risk assessments, and safety procedures at the site level. Lead HSE investigations, implement corrective and preventive actions, and update tracking systems promptly. Maintain a visible presence on the rig site, spending 80% of your time monitoring activities and addressing safety concerns. Ensure compliance with emergency response plans, environmental improvement plans, crisis management plans, and business continuity plans.Skills:
Advanced knowledge of operational risk assessments and risk management tools Hands-on experience in Crisis Management processes Excellent understanding of Saudi Aramco's HSE requirements and KSA's regulatory requirements Proven ability to make presentations, run workshops, and produce reports/documentation Strong teamwork, influencing, analytical problem-solving, and decision-making skills Experience in performing audits and working in matrix organizationsQualifications:
8 to 10 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, in a drilling environment (Rigs). A bachelor's degree in safety or any engineering discipline is required. A master's degree in HSE, Hazardous/Risk Management, or an equivalent field is preferred. NEBOSH IGC Certificate.#LI-MD1
