The HSE Advisor ensures the safety of all personnel and equipment on a well servicing location. They develop, implement, and enforce safety procedures to maintain a secure working environment, preventing illness, injury, and property damage.

The HSE Advisor is responsible for the safety of all personnel and equipment on a well servicing location. They develop and implement safety procedures, and enforce those procedures, ensuring that the site is safe for all workers. Uphold policies and procedures to protect people from illness and injury and property from damage. They combine knowledge of health and safety practices to make sure that chemicals, machinery, software, furniture, and other products will not cause harm to people or damage to property. Duties of an HSE Advisor typically are as follows: Maintain and apply knowledge of current health and safety policies, regulations, and industry practices. Review plans and specifications for equipment and standard operating procedure to make sure that they meet safety requirements Identify and correct potential hazards by inspecting facilities, machinery, and safety equipment. And review employee safety programs and ensure compliance within the workplace.
Schedule: •Preferred schedule options: 9/80 or 5/40.
Overtime (OT) is built into the schedule, with approximately 40 to 49 hours per week.
If they travel to NM to do some work, a Man Camp will be provide in New Mexico if necessary.
