HSE Coordinator

The Role

This position will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support for all matters of Health, Safety and Environment to the Facades division of SRG Global Pty Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

Daily data entry and consolidation of timesheets for plant and personnel Exception reports for plant and personnel – missing dockets/timesheets/pre-starts Maintenance of plant and equipment records Supplier set up and compliance Data entry of timesheets into payroll system Creation of new Projects Teams folders and providing access to project members Creation of daily-prestart forms for project teams Assisting in the review of onsite safety documentation (Safe Work Method Statements, Risk Assessments, Management Plans Creation of QR codes project personnel Assist generation of reports as required Maintain office consumables, stationary, PPE and other allocated stock Coordinate project-specific new starter activities including Client and Project Inductions General administration and any other reasonable duties as instructed

Safety, Quality & Environment

Report safety issues to immediate supervisor Take steps to address safety issues and risk within your control/capability to do so Conduct quality assurance duties to client specifications. Ensure quality documentation is reviewed and stored in accordance to SRG’s guidelines Report environmental hazards and occurrences Take steps to minimise environmental exposure in the event of an occurrence Assist in near miss/incident notification, investigation, and close out procedures Assist site staff with Safe Task Observations (SAOs) and Planned Task Observations (PTOs). Complete Monthly Safety inspections on across Victorian Projects Provide assistance to other HSEQT Department staff members as required through sharing knowledge and assisting with workloads. Monitoring actionable items on MyOsh, Safety Culture

The successful applicant will ideally have:

Current driver’s License. Cert IV in WHS (desirable). Previous experience in an administration role Construction Experience (desirable) Strong computer software skills including MS Office and Outlook. Excellent communication and organisational skills. High attention to detail and data processing accuracy. Ability to multitask and prioritise. Flexible approach to work. Commitment to a high performance culture.
