HSE Coordinator - Primoris Pipeline

Primoris Pipeline is searching for an experienced, professional HSE Coordinator to join our team in Pearland. This multi-faceted position will be responsible for conducting site visits to perform inspections, records maintenance, and providing guidance and support regarding HSE procedures.

The HSE Coordinator II (HSE Specialist) is responsible for managing the company's digital document delivery platform, performing compliance inspections on project sites, managing training records, and developing weekly HSE reports. The role requires experience in a safety administration role, excellent communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.


Duties & Responsibilities 

Digital Document Delivery Platform Ownership: Serve as the lead for PSC’s digital document delivery platform (SiteDocs or other equivalent platforms). Oversee the digitization of existing documents, ensuring accurate and efficient transformation from paper to digital formats. Train new users and administrators on the platform, ensuring all users understand how to access, upload, and manage documents effectively. Troubleshoot platform issues, manage updates, and continuously improve system efficiency and user experience. Act as the primary point of contact for any platform-related inquiries, updates, or issues. Job Site Visits & Compliance Inspections: Conduct regular visits to project work sites to perform HSE compliance inspections. Identify and mitigate potential health and safety risks to ensure all work sites are compliant with local and national safety regulations. Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to address safety concerns and improve overall HSE performance. Training Records Management: Manage and maintain all incoming training records, ensuring that all certifications and training are up to date for employees. Ensure training records are accurately logged and easily accessible through the digital platform. HSE Reports Development: Develop and distribute weekly HSE reports, summarizing site compliance, incidents, and key safety data to stakeholders. Provide data-driven insights and recommend improvements to enhance safety performance across all projects. Continuous Improvement & Training: Support the development and implementation of HSE policies and procedures. Provide guidance and support on HSE best practices to teams across various projects.

 Required Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in a safety administration role, preferably in the industrial or construction industry. Proficiency with SiteDocs or equivalent digital document management platforms. Strong understanding of HSE compliance regulations, standards, and best practices. Demonstrated experience in training management, including record keeping and user training. Familiarity with safety-related certifications (OSHA, etc.). Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal, with the ability to create clear and concise reports and documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for reporting purposes. Experience in conducting site inspections and compliance audits. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
