This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

Job DescriptionCreat the digitalization program to manage the data from other party.Analyze large datasets related to safety to extract meaningful insights and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.Development of predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve safety problemsCombine data from multiple sources, such as databases, MES, and cloud platforms, to create comprehensive data models for analysis.Collaborate with various teams across the organization to understand their data needs, gather requirements, and translate them into effective data visualizations.Lead and manage manufacturing I4.0 projects.Support cross-functional teams to develop data analytic solutions.Lead responsibility to translate business requirement into completely new data analytic models through the entire data-driven life cycle (design, implement, evaluation, delivery, training, and maintain) to support the business dicision.

Qualifications

⁠Educational Background: 

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information technology, Management information system or IT related fields

Qualifications:

Good command in English, both written and spoken.At least 1-2 years of experience in Safety, Health and Environment in manufacturing environmentKnowledgeable and hands on experience in Digitalization Project and visualization programExcellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Coordinating skillsExperience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query and other visualization program)Low coding platform skills with automation anywhere, MS. Power Automate and Outsystems.Action & result oriented, Strong analytic, good problem solving and decision makingPossess effective communication skill and management skill
