This is a fixed-term contract opportunity based in Florence. As the HSE Lead dedicated to Florence repair shop, you will act as HSE Lead and even manage the day-to-day activity in the site being HSE frontline. You will partner with the Operation Leaders and team to reduce and manage risks associated with operations. You will directly report to GTS Regional HSE Leader and dotted report to the HSE Campus (RSPP). Furthermore, you will be accountable for the strengthening our interdependent HSE culture.

In this role you will be:

Responsible for HSE Risk Assessment and Management process implementation partnering with HSE leadership and operations to identify areas of improvements and make sure these are captured with a continuous improvement approach.Responsible for identifying and eliminate conditions that could lead to Fatalities and Permanent Impairment (FPI)Ensure the timely and accurate closure of incident investigations, together with developing and implementing an action plan for prevention and continuous improvement.Follow-up the implementation of the existing HSE System and elaborate, basing on event learnings and leadership input, programs on how to continuously improve it.Responsible for leading Learning team / self-assessment / internal audit / local regulation HSE compliance / concern IDEAS / PUWER assessment.Support Campus HSE (RSPP) in assure compliance to local laws and internal policies.Supporting the Safety Talks deployment and management of Concerns/IDEASResponsible for JSA revision / Non-Routinary activities Risk AssessmentResponsible for Management of Change (MOC) follow-upResponsible for environmental sampling (air emissions, water discharge, noise)Supporting HSE Digital tool management and the organization to learn from Normal OperationsActing as Life Saving Rules (LSR) reference point in the shop-floorResponsible for Contractors HSE Oversight and HSE SupervisionSupporting the GTS Regional HSE in developing and implementing HSE programs, surveillance, and monitoring HSE performance, with the focus on continuous improvement.Collaborate with the GTS HSE team dedicated to repair shop globally in the HSE programs implementation.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Be familiar with HSE operationsHave knowledge of HSE management systems, Local HSE regulations and widely used International standards.Have ASPP qualificationDemonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills.Be able to communicate fluently in Italian and English.Have good teamwork, mediation, relationship-building and influencing skillsMinimum 7 years of experience in similar roles
