The HSE Senior Manager of Training and Development is responsible for leading the HSE training and development team and to develop, maintain, and assist in the deployment of HSE training for Michels Energy Group Family of Companies. Mentor, coach, and support HSE personnel in our training initiatives and ensure training compliance at all levels of the organization. Critical for success is the ability to lead initiatives, communicate effectively, maintain organized systems, and work closely with operational and company leadership to provide a high level of service and support.
