Responsible for planning, implementing, and enforcing an organization’s Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) policies and proceduresConducting thorough assessments of workplace environments to identify potential hazards and risks.Ensure the ISO 14001 and ISO 18001 Management Systems requirements are executedAnalyzing incident reports and trends to develop strategies for accident prevention.Ensure legal, regulatory, and certification compliance, and implement HSE proceduresManage accident investigations, follow-up actions, and conduct auditsPerform comprehensive HSE Audits of Service Centers to ensure compliance with ISOIdentify training needs, facilitate HSE communications, and offer proactive guidanceFoster effective relationships across functions and with line management, maintaining HSE documentation and risk assessmentsManage all aspects of work-related injuries, vehicle accidents and spills of including investigating and root cause analysis, as well as claims management.We are experts, which means you will have the following skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree and relevant years of experience in the HSE fieldEight to ten years of experience in Petroleum and Chemical or Oil and GasKnowledge and experience in controlling broad range of risks across the different sitesExcellent interpersonal and Leadership skillsProven record of accomplishment of creating and developing HSE programsExperience of Process Improvement Projects and Implementation requiredWe recruit the best talent.
