Rolls-Royce Power Systems is headquartered in Friedrichshafen in southern Germany and employs around 9,000 people. The product portfolio includes mtu-brand high-speed engines and propulsion systems for ships, power generation, heavy land, rail and defence vehicles and for the oil and gas industry as well as diesel and gas systems and battery containers for mission critical, standby and continuous power, combined generation of heat and power, and microgrids.
Key Accountabilities主要职责:
Assistant to establish and maintain ISO45001 management systemMaintain and optimize safety management system from authorization, including safety standardization of Cat 2 and double-preventive systemReview and calibrate local safety procedure and instruction according to external changes, including group procedure change or regulation update.Cooperate with safety assessment from third party.Follow up with newly released / revised HSE regulations, maintain the list of safety regulation, make sure the practice within company comply with all relevant regulations.Develop local risk identification activities within Suzhou plant . Provide professional proposal on risk control.Participate in incident survey and track corrective/prevention actionsOrganize regular safety walk from leaders, record and follow up improvement actions.Work with facility staff to check the actions taken to meet HSE requirementPrepare documentation as requested by the local government regarding safety topics.Identify different emergency scenarios and organize regular drill with relevant employees.Identify safety competency for various position, organize and deliver company-level of HSE trainingAny other assignment from time to time 其他工作安排Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求:
