Country Holding Officer

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to improving Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) performance in your assigned area of responsibility to cultivate a high-performance culture with a strong focus on HSE. You will support the Country HSE Lead with administrative tasks related to legal and business requirements, ensuring an effective HSE management system. You will collaborate with various functions to drive HSE performance and compliance with group management systems and local regulations.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tAssist in implementing ABB Group policies and the HSE & Security Accountability Framework.•\tSupport the Country HSE Lead and CHO in the collection and preparation of fiduciary perfor-mance reports (Human Rights, Sustainability Performance Indicator, etc.) as per local HSE law and ABB management requirements.•\tFacilitate HSE risk assessments and ensure preventive measures are implemented.•\tProvide guidance on incident investigations to mitigate risks.•\tReport progress on the implementation of group-level HSE objectives and Key Performance In-dicators (KPIs).•\tDrive behavioral change through the implementation of performance improvement programs.•\tEnsure the availability and effective use of HSE-related equipment and tools.•\tContribute to and/or plan and execute HSE-related projects, reporting progress to manage-ment.•\tDevelops project objectives and reports the progress to management.

Prevention Advisor level 3VCA VOL certificationProficiency in Excel and TeamsStructural and accurate work approachKnowledge of regulations and complianceProcess improvement and optimizationStrong administrative skillsProject management experienceExcellent planning and organizing abilitiesExperience with Power BI
