HSE Supervisor

An HSE Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of workers on construction sites. They are responsible for implementing safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a culture of safety within the workplace.

Responsibilities:

Risk Assessment and Mitigation:

Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential hazards. Evaluate risks associated with construction activities. Develop effective strategies to mitigate risks and enhance safety.

Policy Implementation:

Ensure compliance with government regulations and industry standards. Develop and implement safety policies and guidelines. Monitor adherence to established safety measures.

Daily Supervision:

Supervise day-to-day activities on the construction site. Monitor workers’ compliance with safety protocols. Address safety concerns promptly.

Protective Equipment and Training:

Ensure workers use necessary protective equipment (e.g., helmets, gloves, welding shades). Provide training and education on safety practices. Ensure workers understand how to use tools and equipment safely.

Accident Investigation:

Investigate work-related accidents to determine their causes. Develop recommendations to prevent recurrence. Implement corrective actions based on investigative findings. Qualifications: Education: A degree or certification in occupational health and safety, environmental science, or a related field.
