We are now seeking a HSE Systems Trainers to join our Safety Operations team at Sunrise Dam Gold Mine accountable to the Site Safety Superintendent.
These positions are based on a 4/3 FIFO roster with occasional work in the Perth Office, they are initially being offered to internal employees on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Accountabilities:
Support and implement a roll out schedule for site operational users
Create implementation schedules
Co-ordination of training session schedules with site operations teams
Provide HSE Site Operation Management with ongoing attendance KPIs on a weekly basis
Ongoing review and maintenance of implementation schedule and progress reporting
Deliver training that supports the operations to implement and harness the ISMS modules (Incident Management, Inspections, Interactions and Interventions, Meeting Management, Emergency Preparedness, Management of Change, Actions, Findings, Reporting)
Formulate Quick Reference Guides for end users and other training support material.
Data entry of attendees in relevant database
Ensure that the awareness packages and other associated training content is updated in line with group changes
Develop and maintain consultative relationships with key internal stakeholders to proactively identify and address training needs, ensuring that programmes are effectively and efficiently delivery within agreed timelines.
About You

Current Training and Assessor qualifications (TAE Certificate IV)
A Safety training background with previous experience in a similar role
Or a related field or relevant experience
Experience delivering training
Experience managing schedules
Experience working with HSE systems
Prior experience working within the resources sector preferred.
