HSE Training Manager - Michels Energy Group, Inc.

The HSE Training Manager will be responsible for managing, developing, and providing necessary safety training to employees and subcontractors of the Michels Energy Group family of companies. This position will oversee HSE training activities to ensure continued consistency and excellence in training provided and ensure industry specific training requirements are adhered to. Critical for success are the ability to embody HSE goals and objectives in all interactions, demonstrate professionalism, strong verbal and written communication skills, and strong attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment.

What it takes:

High school diploma or GED with 5+ years of experience within safety role or industry  Management experience OSHA 500 Ability to travel, with minimal lead time, in response to HSE needs Prior Training and/ or course design and instruction experience Electrical Transmission and Distribution Train the Trainer First Aid CPR/AED Trainer
