This role offers the opportunity to drive significant improvements across all facets of our operations, ensuring safety, sustainability, and compliance with the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee HSEQ management systems in compliance with current regulations. Conduct thorough inspections and audits to preempt risks and reinforce compliance. Lead investigations into incidents, driving crucial improvements through root cause analysis. Actively engage with and support teams on best HSEQ practices. Spearhead initiatives to foster a culture committed to safety and quality excellence. Utilize HSEQ metrics to identify trends and implement strategic improvements.

Qualifications and Experience:

Mandatory Australian Citizenship. Relevant certifications in WHS, Environmental Management, or Quality Control are preferred. Proven background in a similar role within facilities management, construction, or a related sector. In-depth knowledge of relevant HSEQ legislation and standards. Strong skills in communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving.
