Superior is currently seeking an HSEQ Analyst to join our team in Houston, TX (On-Site 4 days).
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Research, hypothesize, and develop analytical approaches for identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets to create predictive analytics/modeling data
• Maintain and evaluate key HSEQ performance information and utilize statistical data to identify HSEQ performance trends and provide them to management companywide
• Manage internal incident management system application (SIMS)
• Serve as the OSHA Recordkeeper reviewing and classifying all incidents, ensuring compliance with OSHA
recordkeeping guidelines, and overseeing case management of all incidents
• Undertaking professional development as requested or appropriate to maintain and enhance personal skills.

Technical Skills:
• Proficiently uses Microsoft Office applications and Windows operating systems, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Capable of develop, setup, and design of professional and complex spreadsheets, charts, forms, reports,
tables, and general correspondence and track and trend HSE information effectively
• Proven ability to analyze, evaluate and interpret complex data into presentations and visualizations
• Possess excellent English/grammatical and report writing skills
• Well-versed in developing and manipulating presentation slides
• Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in multiple projects at one time
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions

Requirements:
• Minimum of two years of corporate-related experience required
