Are you passionate about health, safety, environment, and quality (HSEQ) systems? Do you have a strong ability to deliver training, promote a proactive safety culture, and enhance communication within a team? BGIS is seeking a Part-Time HSEQ Coordinator (2 days a week) to join our dynamic team and support our operations across Australia and New Zealand.

About the Role
The HSEQ Coordinator’s focus is development and delivery of HSEQ training and communications to support BGIS meet its HSEQ objectives and compliance obligations.   The role is two days a week (1 day must be in the office), based in the corporate Australia NZ HSEQ team and ensures BGIS staff have access to best practice training and information to perform their roles . This role is pivotal in fostering a learning culture, promoting wellbeing, and ensuring easy access to relevant HSEQ information.  There is potential for future career growth.

Key Responsibilities

•    Coordinate, design, and deliver training programs, including compliance modules and the HSEQ Ambassador Program.
•    Facilitate engaging online webinars, including wellbeing sessions and National Safety Month events.
•    Deliver ad-hoc HSEQ presentations and information sessions for internal teams and external stakeholders.
•    Manage the APAC HSEQ intranet, ensuring it’s up-to-date, relevant, and easy to navigate.
•    Support the team in meeting financial, operational, compliance, and customer satisfaction KPIs.
•    Promote wellbeing initiatives and maintain a proactive safety culture.
•    Support the HSEQ team to meet HSEQ objectives

What We’re Looking For
We need someone with a passion for safety and learning, who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. To succeed in this role, you will need:
•    Knowledge of risk management, WHS processes, and relevant legislation.
•    Experience delivering WHS training and e-learning programs.
•    Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and organizational skills.
•    A degree or qualification in WHS, Environmental Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
•    Experience working with adult learning principles is desirable
