HSEQ EE cluster Manager

Every day, we get opportunities to make a positive impact – on our colleagues, partners, customers and society. Together, we’re pioneering the solutions of the future and unlocking the full potential of precious resources. Trusted to act on initiative, we challenge conventional thinking to develop world-leading technologies that inspire progress in vital areas, including energy, food, water and shipping.
As we push forward, the innovative, open spirit that fuels our 140-year-old start-up culture and rapid growth also drives our personal growth. So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too.

We are looking for a strategic, experienced, and forward-thinking HSEQ Manager to join our team. In this role, you will lead the design and execution of structured Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality programs that go beyond compliance - embedding a culture of continuous improvement, sustainability, and proactive risk management across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a long-term HSEQ strategy aligned with Alfa Laval’s global priorities and local regulatory requirements, ensuring full compliance across all facilities and operations. Drive a structured, data-informed approach to health and safety, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement through audits, risk assessments, and performance metrics. Lead a systematic transformation of HSEQ culture—from reactive to proactive—by setting clear expectations, engaging teams, and reinforcing accountability at all levels. Champion sustainability initiatives, ensuring environmental practices are integrated into day-to-day operations and long-term planning. Act as a change leader, using your experience in HSEQ change management to influence senior leaders, guide cross-functional teams, and align the organization around continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of strategic experience in health, safety, and environmental management, preferably in industrial manufacturing or engineering. Solid knowledge of OHS and environmental management systems, applicable legislation, and compliance best practices. Experience managing incident reporting systems, including near-miss analysis and corrective action planning. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and engage stakeholders in safety and quality improvements. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills—able to translate technical insights into actionable strategy. A proactive, structured approach to problem-solving and performance tracking.

We offer:

We offer a challenging position in an open and friendly environment where we help each other to develop and create value. Your work will have a true impact on Alfa Laval’s future success and your personal development.
