YOUR ROLE Assist the Infrastructure Team in the HSR organization (FM, SHE, Fleet, Sustainability) in daily operation Create POs, handling and archiving invoices, tracking them in the HSR system for bugeting Help to maintain & develop HSR processes (eg.: communication, documentations, fleet penalty fine fee administration, waste management etc.) Contributing to steering & executing HSR campaigns & activities Support the FM, SHE, Fleet, Health and Security area Take part and report Safety Walk arounds, report findings and support SHE manager Keep up to date the reporting in the area of FM and SHE Contributing to develop the HSR management system (access control, key management, ticketing tool etc.) Communicate across functions and external parties on daily basis Creating communication materials (text and design) Handling communication platforms Administrative tasks and other ad hoc tasks YOUR SKILLS Interest in the field of facility management, safety, health, well-being fleet management and sustainability Student with at least 1 more year of active student status (preferably in Technical/ Communications/Administration) Confident Excel and PowerPoint user with good analytical skills Fluent in English and Hungarian (oral & written) Has good presentation skills & excellent time management Flexible and self-motivated Precise, well organized, communicative and creative personality Capable to solve problems proactively Willingness to constantly learn & develop Ability to work under pressure Ability to see a complex area and work structure Work for minimum 25-30 hours/week in Budapest (flexible working time) WHAT WE OFFER Base salary gross 2000 HUF/hour, up to gross 2400 HUF/hour after 6 months Monthly meal allowance – net 25 000 HUF Monthly travel contribution – net 5000 HUF Shopping possibility of Henkel products and product of partner companies for a discounted price Flexible working hours, home office possibility Opportunities to learn and develop yourself (e.g.: trainings, LinkedIn Learning access) Great team to work with – strong intern community, multinational environment Exciting, complex work with challenging tasks, future career opportunities Long-term working opportunity (1+ year)At Henkel, we come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
