Master's Degree in Safety and Environment. Bachelor's degree required with experience: Safety Engineer, Electronic Engineer, Telecommunication EngineerCurrent license to provide services in Occupational Health and Safety, per the requirements of the current legislation.Strong communication skills.15+ years of exposure to Health and Safety, mainly in Telecommunications as a manager.Background in auditing and managing third-party companies on HS topics.Experience with H&S field audits, supplier management, incident management and reportingResponsible for being a trusted advisor on local regulations in Health & Safety.Responsible for H&S project compliance assurance and governance in customer projects in line with Nokia, contractual and local legal requirements implementation;Accountable for the creation of Project H&S Plan and its implementation in line with Nokia and Customer guidelines;Accountable for field staff and subcontractors' enablement/training to meet H&S standards in the project;Working close to the Procurement and Project team, supporting them on subcontractor evaluation according to the risk or activities on the field;Leading improvement actions driven through field training, process improvement, and other actions with customers & suppliers, and improvement was achieved.Driven identification of adherence to H&S gaps in the project and coordinating corrective actions with relevant stakeholders;Carry out Standard Audit & InspectionsPropose an action plan, finding the root cause of non-conformity for continuous improvement.
