Organize Middle/Large scale exerciseDevelop and maintain PROJECT HSE Audit plan. Conduct HSE auditsDevelop and maintain robust PROJECT HSE Action Tracking and follow upEnsure compliance with environmental and social ESIA requirements and measures concerning the PROJECTPerform HSE qualification of new ContractorsReview and verify the Contractor HSE MS. Identify gaps with PROJECT HSE MS, implement bridging documents if requiredMonitor the Contractor HSE performance.PROJECT HSE Culture Promote and develop the PROJECT Safety Culture and Leaderships programs.Deploy TotalEnergies HSE Tools and Programs: #Golden Rules, #Zero fatality program, #SafeDriver, #Lifesaving checks, #Stop work authority, #Safety Green light.Organize HSE promotion events for Affiliate such as World Day for Safety & Sustainab’ALL Day.Promote HSE and Sustainab’ALL awareness through Safety and Sustainab’ALL moments, effective HSE communication, etc.Develop and implement the Affiliate Recognition and Sanction policy in collaboration with Contractors.Monitor that Joint Safety Tours are systematically done by PROJECT personnelHSE reporting and REX Collect and consolidate all relevant HSE data from PROJECT.Consolidate the PROJECT Weekly/Monthly/Annual HSE reportsMonitor the affiliate HSE objectives, KPIs, programs and plans.Ensure adequate and timely HSE reporting in line with PROJECT and REN procedures.Ensure that affiliate HSE meetings and reviews are performed and recorded accordingly.Ensure that any HSE event on PROJECT is reported and recorded in due time.Lead in accident / incident investigation and ensure full compliance with PROJECT and REN affiliate proceduresPromote proactive HSE Observations reporting. Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent degree related

Skills:  Rigour, zero compromise with HSE deviation ; Proven autonomy and ability to manage.

Experience: 10 to 12 years of professional experience involving at least 5 years in a HSE and/or project management position.

Language: Good English and interpersonal skills and interaction with the key stakeholders

Valid driving license
