**Seeking HSSE Managers for upcoming projects in KSA for 2025 (Anticipated for 2-3 months in length on ground). Fluent in written and spoken Arabic required, with past work experience in GCC events (KSA, UAE, etc).**
+ Areas of focus could include, but not limited to: EMO/Event Control operations, Security, H&S, Crowd Management, Civil Defence, Government Relations, Permitting, Incident Reporting, Anti-Harassment programs, etc.
+ Developing, consulting, and approval of departmental processes, planning documents and policies from internal and external sources. Roll out and oversight of these processes across multiple projects to ensure consistency and congruency.
+ May work to support multiple projects during the event season as needed, including advancing those projects.
+ Execute Health & Safety, Security, Event Control plans and provide direction to project teams and external suppliers
+ Support HSSE leads on projects, strategic planning, and provide redundancy
+ Oversee and collaborate to manage event budgets, including tracking expenses, Supplier RFPs, validating vendor contracts, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
+ Support in the coordination of key stakeholder meetings and committees including project readiness planning/meetings and event control leadership meetings.
+ Oversee and ensure the collection and organization by the project HHSE Teams of project post reports that includes a evaluation and metrics from all contractors to assess the success of the event and identify areas for improvement in future events.
+ Assist in other areas as required and the projects develop
+ Bachelor's degree and previous HSSE certifications requested
