HSSE Manager Péronne - Responsable HSSE (H/F)
The HSSE&C (Health, Safety, Security, Environment & Compliance) Manager is a member of the plant management team and acts as the leader of all activities relating to ensuring the safe and compliant operation of the site.
In this role You will:
Develop and implement HSSE&C plan for the local organisation, driven for example by group requirements, defect analysis, audits or incident investigations. Strive for zero accidents and zero incidents in all operations.Supervise the plant and teams to ensure that the required skills are available and that management is able to meet their HSSE&C requirements.Lead all HSSE processes on site, including risk assessments, classification, reporting and incident investigation to ensure legal and bp standards are met.Support the site management team in creating a culture with strong HSSE&C values.Ensure that HSSE&C risks are taken into account in the decision-making process and recommend measures to reduce HSSE&C risks.Participate in working groups and local or group projects to ensure that HSSE&C requirements are taken into account and implemented.Ensure the use of CTM & Red-On-Line for all compliance mattersCollect and analyse near misses and first aid incidents to ensure timely action is taken to prevent further incidentsEnsure compliance with required transport legislation (e.g. ADR, IMDG) by supporting classification, staff training, process audit and definition of vitalEnsuring that the plant operates in accordance with ISO standards (ISO 9001/14001/45001Support internal teams in the use of hazardous materials, through assessing MSDS documents, recommending work instructions or hazard registersParticipate in or lead auditsWe have the following requirements:
Proximity to our plant in Péronne, France (should be able to reach the plant within 30-40 minutes)At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing environment preferred in a HSSE&C management role, demonstrating good knowledge of HSSE&C management and its measurementsHSSE Engineer degree/qualificationDemonstrated leadership of diverse teams in a manufacturing environmentGood communication skillsInfluencing skillsFluent English & French language knowledgeAt bp, we provide the following environment and benefits to you:
