If you are a high achiever who thrives on partnership, collaboration, and inventive solutions to complex problems, then join us and make a profound impact on the lives and careers of our people! **Your Key Responsibilities** + Manage the HSSE reporting program, including source consolidation projects, dashboard creation, insights generation, data analysis, and annual audits. + Evaluate and utilize emerging technologies to enhance trend identification and provide deeper business data insights. + Engage with global stakeholders and reporting lines to ensure alignment and consistency in health and safety reporting practices. + Ensure the optimization and continuity of HSSE reporting tools and systems are aligned with the needs of the business. + Lead team to ensure outputs meet quality standards, partnering with internal stakeholders to identify needs and drive change. + Coach and inspire team members to innovate, bring fresh ideas, and new approaches, continually driving the best solutions and setting a high bar for performance and dedication. **Your Capabilities and Qualifications** + Minimum of 5 years of experience in reporting or data in a complex organization, preferably in a Health and Safety context. + Bachelor’s degree in data or a related field. Relevant certifications in data, reporting, or Health and Safety are a plus. + Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power Query, Python, data visualization tools, Databricks, or Fabric. Knowledge of Azure platform. + Proven capability to independently learn new skills and technologies. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. + Proven leadership and interpersonal skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Demonstrated experience in Global ways of working.
