**Job Description** JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Perform all functions of the boxroom jobs to include all production lines, robots, and equipment in the area · Provide work direction to employees and temporary employees in a professional manner through both written and verbal communications · Assist with process and quality decisions to keep production running safely, seeking out management and maintenance assistance when needed · Provide training to new employees · Organize and prepare equipment and materials for upcoming production runs · Monitor code accuracy on all production runs and associated record keeping · Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately · Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues · Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements **THIS POSITION CAN MAKE UP TO:** + $24.67 per hour + 24-month wage progression **Requirements** EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE · High school diploma or equivalent preferred · 4 to 6 years of experience or 4+ years of experience with demonstrated leadership attributes · Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment An Equal Opportunity Employer **Pay Range** 24.67
