Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible to drive the implementation of the Service strategy as a member of the Hub management team and Global Service leadership team.The work model for this role (onsite) This role is contributing to Process Automation Business Area based in the IMEA regionYou will be mainly accountable for:•Driving, implementing, reporting, and monitoring performance targets as part of the Global and Hub leadership team•Leading all service-specific programs in the Hub, such as CARE contract coverage and Automation white space coverage, with full accountability for all KPIs.•Supporting local division teams with the day-to-day service business to ensure profitable growth and improvement of service productivity•Executing the global service channel strategy within the Hub. •Implementing productized service offerings and materials for marketing purposes and invest in Service Sales to increase market penetration •Investing in growing and developing service resources across the Hub•Enforcing a service safety and integrity culture throughout the Service organization•Ensuring that the service business is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed, in close collaboration with local divisions•Resolution of customer challenges and needs •Working with customers to develop investment strategies for future upgrades, migrations, and service expansions.

Qualifications for the role

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering.12+ years of experience in Automation service sales & energy industries service offerings10+ years of Leadership experience in service sales a team player with a positive attitudeGood communicator and cooperate well with both colleagues, clients, and partnersBusiness- and service minded, with a good understanding of P&LGood commercial and analytical skillsHaving a strong desire to drive customer experience to be best in class Experience with customer frame agreements.Regional experience required.
