Description Amazon Hub Brazil is seeking a dedicated and proactive Expansion Analyst to join our Expansion Hub team. Our mission is to expand the Hub program in Brazil by prospecting retail partners in strategic regions to become Amazon partners and perform deliveries in their respective neighborhoods. We are looking for a professional who can drive our operation, ensuring efficiency and excellence in all stages of the expansion process. The main objective of this position is to provide daily support to the Expansion Hub Brazil operation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting daily alignments, managing meetings, and guiding associate teams, helping them prioritize activities and achieve established goals. Key job responsibilities - Perform ZIP code analysis of potential areas and evaluate expansion leads; - Compile and close daily expansion-related data; - Launch and correct projects in Salesforce daily; - Allocate priority registration approvals and manage daily registration area demands; - Monitor and support the Day One team; - Provide support to the field team; - Approve emails to initiate registration processes; - Conduct daily DBR (Daily Business Review) meetings; - Update Tobler maps daily; - Monitor weekly ADE (Amazon Delivery Experience); - Update individual scouting performance weekly; - Coordinate and participate in daily and weekly team meetings. A day in the life As an Expansion Analyst, you will start your day reviewing key metrics and preparing for the daily DBR meeting. Throughout the day, you'll analyze potential expansion areas, coordinate with field teams, manage Salesforce projects, and ensure smooth communication between different stakeholders. You'll also participate in strategic planning sessions and help optimize our expansion processes while maintaining Amazon's high standards for operational excellence. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent; - Experiece with computers and Microsoft Office products and applications experience; - Experience with data analysis and formula creation in Microsoft Excel experience.
