HubSpot Academy Editorial and Curriculum Specialist (French Speaker)

As a HubSpot Academy Editorial and Curriculum Specialist, you’ll be responsible for executing timely content review for Academy content in French and maintaining quality assurance measures for our learners. You’ll also champion editorial and learning and development best practices and documentation. With your support and guidance, the HubSpot Academy team will continue to create world-class educational content and experiences.
The ideal candidate has experience as an editorial reviewer, learning & development professional, and/or educator with 2-5 years of experience. In this role, you will be collaborating with global content creators to scale our 500+ asset library of educational content ranging from industry strategies to HubSpot-specific topics.
In this role, you will:
Use a learning and development lens to review French Academy assets, including learning goals, scripts, slide decks, assessments, overall structure, and other learning resources. Use an editorial lens to review net-new French Academy content and ensure all copy adheres to HubSpot Academy Editorial Style Guide, HubSpot style, voice, and tone brand guidelines. Use an editorial lens to review French Academy content that has been translated using AI tools for quality assurance according to Academy standards. Complete video asset QA review to ensure all videos adhere to guidelines for tone, narration, and other elements of written, visual, and auditory content delivery. Work collaboratively with HubSpot Academy team members and support their development of instructional design, curriculum development, and facilitation skills. Create and maintain documentation and resources on learning design best practices for internal and external use. Support delivery of team enablement resources and training sessions. Participate in content creation planning meetings to support the conceptualization and execution of learning experiences. Provide ad hoc editorial and curriculum support for English content, as needed.
You’ll be successful in this role if you have:
2-5 years of editorial, instructional design, or curriculum design experience required. A passion for mentoring and supporting others in the content creation process. Strong writing and editing skills (writing and editing educational content for a global audience is preferred). Professionally fluent in English and French The ability to give positive and constructive feedback through synchronous and asynchronous interactions. Experience designing, developing, and evaluating multiple types of learning assets. The ability to work and build relationships with stakeholders of all levels. The ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work autonomously.
