About the Role
We're looking for a HubSpot Funnel Architect—a tech-savvy, conversion-obsessed marketer who can design, build, and optimize powerful lead funnels within HubSpot. Your mission? To turn our warmest referrals, existing customer base, cold outreach, and inbound forms into a steady pipeline of qualified roofing leads.
What You’ll Do
Build and optimize lead funnels in HubSpot for key sources: Existing customer reactivation Referral programs Warm lead capture forms Cold email and outbound campaigns Create automated workflows, email sequences, and lead nurturing strategies tailored to each funnel. Segment our customer and prospect database to drive personalized outreach and engagement. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align funnel stages with our sales process. Implement A/B testing to improve conversion rates, email performance, and overall funnel effectiveness. Track, analyze, and report on funnel metrics to continuously improve lead quality and ROI. Maintain and improve data hygiene, tagging, and CRM setup within HubSpot.
