ROLE SUMMARY
A proactive and results-driven Human Capital Business Partner role designed to support and enable strategic Human Capital initiatives that drive business success. This pivotal position focuses on delivering key priorities, including Emiratization, employee engagement, workforce planning, and talent management.

ROLE PROFILE

Act as a strategic partner to leadership, providing insights and recommendations to align Human Capital (HC) initiatives with business goals, and fostering a high-performance culture.Support workforce planning by analyzing metrics, identifying trends, and offering actionable recommendations to ensure alignment with business needs and budgetsLead Emiratization efforts, supporting the recruitment of UAE nationals and their integration into the workforce while developing effective retention and development programsCollaborate with leadership to implement talent management frameworks, support succession planning, and oversee the performance management cycleDesign initiatives to enhance employee engagement, model inclusivity and diversity, and implement retention strategies aligned with organizational values.Partner with management to identify learning needs, collaborate with the Learning & Development team to provide targeted training, and monitor program effectiveness.Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal policies, conduct investigations into disciplinary matters, and recommend resolutions to leadership.Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes, manage HC Executives, and collaborate with Global Solutions Shared Services teams to improve operational processes.


REQUIREMENTS

5+ years of experience in human capital management, with a focus on culture, employee engagement, and talent management.Proven success in developing and implementing effective engagement and talent management strategies.Creative thinker with a passion for creating a positive workplace culture.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Fluency in English language is required; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
