Organize and implement strategies and regulation regarding the performance and reward management system Analyze, validate, and ensure every employee has a challenging and stretched target KPI, aligned with the company's goals, and considering equality between individuals Ensure the running process of optimizing the potential of every employee, monitoring performance and effective feedback by each superior for each individual in order for them to stay aligned with the company's goals Establish an effective reward & punishment system to motivate employees Evaluate and ensure the effectivity and harmony of incentive programs, quick win, crash programs, and employee benefit with the company and the job function Ensure employees understanding regarding the strategies and remuneration regulations in the company for it to be an effective motivation driver for the employees
