Human Pharma Communication Manager
**The Position** As Human Pharma Communication Manager you’ll contribute to the creation of the annual communication strategy plan, and you’ll be responsible for overseeing the implementation of external communication strategies for the Human Pharma business and plants. Your duties include managing external communication channels like social media platforms, company websites and media relations and adhering to a company’s brand. **Tasks&Responsibilities** + Develops content and directs creative execution to provide a consistent, targeted, and impactful message. + Builds and maintains solid partnerships with assigned internal clients to better develop, coordinate, direct, and facilitate strategic communications designed to meet business goals. + Designs campaigns to target specific audiences, placing an emphasis and discipline on campaign performance to help with recommendations for future programs. + Researches and understands key business challenges, customer behavior, target audiences, competitive activity, and environmental factors that impacts programs within the business and assigned departments. + Builds and maintains solid partnership and networking with media stakeholders, opinion leaders, journalists and influencers. + Develops an understanding of short- and long-term department goals and planned initiatives. + Adjusts and communicates plan changes as necessary. + Works with leadership to take the pulse of overall business activity to identify communication opportunities. **Requirements** + Master's Degree in Communication or other relevant discipline + At least 7 years’ experience in Communication or Public Relations in a highly matrixed organization within human pharma + Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) and strong writing/editing skills + In-depth demonstrable knowledge and experience of all aspects of external communications + Extensive network within the press/media and ability to lead crisis communications autonomously + Strong Business partnership, collaboration and communication skills, with deep experience of managing internal and external relationships seamlessly + Good organizational, planning, and coordination skills + Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build collaborative relationships + Demonstrated experience with all types of social media (e.g. Facebook, ‘X’, Instagram, etc.) **What we offer:** + For this position we offer a permanent contract + Ticket restaurants + A range of benefits for your physical, financial, social and mental wellbeing (access to gyms, volunteering, parental support, company welfare and more); + A support to develop your own professional and personal path that will guide you through our full range of development programs including platforms to learn foreign languages and attend professional courses.
