Here’s what you’d do:
The Human Resources Coordinator is both a strategic and hands-on role that provides Human Resources support. The role is critical in executing our people initiatives, providing great internal customer support, and driving HR functional excellence and process improvement.
You’d be responsible to:
Support the HR Department with administrative tasks Manage I-9 process including E-Verify Assist HR with hiring and on boardingSupport background screening processTracks all paid time off (PTO) time for all team members Assist with recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, creating interview agendas, greeting candidates and career fairs Support annual compliance audits and federal reporting requirements Maintain and track HR Metrics Daily maintenance of HRIS system(s): entering new employees, collecting and entering time cards, and updating employee information, Benefits Enrollments, etc. Ensure data integrity in HRIS system(s)Handle employment verification Work with third party administrator for unemployment processing Help support the employee engagement committeeMaintains original team member files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.Provides support to team member on-boarding plans, including new hire paperwork, I9 verification, etc.Updates organizational charts with reflected changes.Completing and distributing daily and weekly reports to managers and corporate office. Assists in facilitating training needs within the business, as appropriate. Processes payroll in compliance with policies and state and local requirements.You might be a good fit if you have:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive recruiting or human resource generalist experienceResults driven, performance focused, problem solverAbility to support multi-site/functions of geographically dispersed resources.Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, communication and teambuilding skills.Change agent: ability to quickly adapt to change and flexibility to adjust to business needs.Demonstrated ability to understand the business operations and HR practices, trends, issues.Ability to manage a projectAbility to achieve required results, timely and cost effectivelyEffective planning, organizational skills, time management and prioritization; attention to detailAbility to maintain a high level of confidentialityAnd while not mandatory, it would be great if you also have:
