Human Resource 2025 Summer Internship

Required Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum overall GPA of 3.0 Proficient PC skills in a Windows environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills.  Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently. Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.  Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.  Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. This position entails access to export-controlled items and employment offers are conditioned upon an applicant's ability to lawfully obtain access to such items.

Physical Demands / Working Conditions:

Typically sits, grasps items and performs keyboarding for frequent operation of a computer. Stand, walk, bend, reach or otherwise move about occasionally. Lift, move or otherwise transfer items up to 30 lbs. occasionally. Occasional exposure to typical machine shop physical hazards. Travel by car occasionally.

Responsibilities: 

Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling. Support onboarding and offboarding processes. Maintain HR records and assist with compliance documentation. Participate in employee engagement initiatives. Help coordinate training and development programs. Assist with HR policy updates.
