Description Job Description: Human Resource Administrator - Short-Term Contract (Paycom to UKG Software Implementation) Position Overview: Our organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resource Administrator to assist with a software implementation project. This short-term contract role will focus on supporting the transition from Paycom to UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group). The ideal candidate will bring expertise in HR processes, technical adaptability, and experience in HRIS (Human Resource Information System) implementations to ensure the transition is seamless and efficient. Key Responsibilities: + Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to support the migration from Paycom to UKG, ensuring data accuracy and completeness throughout the project. + Assist in auditing and validating employee data, including but not limited to payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and compliance-related documentation, during the transition. + Support the mapping and configuration of HR data between Paycom and UKG systems while troubleshooting potential issues during the testing phase. + Serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders by answering questions, providing training, and ensuring end-users are prepared for the new system functionality. + Contribute to the creation of user guides, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials specific to UKG implementation. + Conduct parallel payroll testing during the transition period to ensure the accuracy of employee wage information and timekeeping data. + Monitor project timelines and deliverables, keeping project coordinators updated on progress and any risks to deadlines. + Liaise with external implementation consultants and vendors to resolve technical challenges or discrepancies. + Provide post-deployment support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and feedback collection for continuous improvement. Requirements Key Qualifications: + 2+ years of HR administration experience, with demonstrated knowledge of HR processes, benefits, and payroll functions. + Proven experience assisting with HRIS implementations or transitions, with preference given to candidates familiar with Paycom or UKG systems. + Strong proficiency in Excel and other data management tools for auditing, reporting, and analyzing HR data. + Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment. + Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors. + Ability to quickly learn and apply technical knowledge of software systems and tools. + Familiarity with payroll compliance, employee time-tracking systems, benefits administration, and workforce management practices. Preferred Qualifications: + Experience in HRIS implementation projects or technical migrations in organizations of similar size and complexity. + Knowledge of UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) and its suite of HR, payroll, and timekeeping solutions.
