Human Resource AdministratorOverview: The HR Administrator provides essential administrative support to the Human Resources department, handling day-to-day operations and maintaining employee records and HR systems. This role serves as the first point of contact for basic HR inquiries and supports various HR processes including onboarding, payroll administration, and document management. Working under the direction of the General Manager. Transdev is proud to offer:  $21.26/hrTremendous career advancement opportunities due to a strong presence across North AmericaA comprehensive benefits package including:medical & dental insurance plans with Blue Cross Blue Shield 401(k) savings plan with company matchPaid Holidays & VacationPaid Cutting-edge trainingKey Responsibilities: Provides clerical support to staffRespond to routine HR inquiriesResponsible for maintaining active and terminated employee files and conducting annual audit of sameResponsible for setting up users with HR vendorsEnters new hire data and employee life cycle changes into the human resources information system and time tracking systemReview and reconcile invoices received for HR and remit for approvalMaintain and update all required forms dealing with but not limited to employment & wage verifications, unemployment claims and WOTCPoint of contact for Corporate HR communicationMaintains confidentiality of all informationAssist with day-to-day HR operationsPayroll and Time Management Responsibilities:Process bi-weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timelinessReview and validate employee timesheet submissionsReconcile timesheet discrepancies with employees and managersMaintain accurate records of paid time off, sick leave, and other time-off requestsOther duties as requiredRequired Education and Experience:Must be 21 years oldHigh School Diploma or GED requiredOne year of relevant office experience required2 to 3 years of experience in human resources preferredADP experience preferredPayroll processing experience strongly preferredRequired Knowledge Skills and Abilities:Knowledge of basic human resource practices, including human resource compliance and regulatory environmentStrong understanding of payroll processes and wage/hour regulationsWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and WordExperience with payroll systems and time-tracking softwareGood written and oral communication skillsMust be self-motivated and demonstrate good judgment, in fast-paced, high stress environmentsStrong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy with numbersAbout Transdev: Transdev is the largest private sector operator of multiple modes of passenger transit in North America, providing bus, rail, paratransit and shuttle services.
