**Here’s where you come in:**
We are currently seeking an Assistant to join our Human Resources team. You’ll primarily be responsible for providing administrative support to the Human Resource team and Talent Acquisition function ensuring the effective and efficient operations of the human resources department.
Other responsibilities of the HR Assistant role include:
**HR Administration**
+ Administrative processing in our HRIS system (Workday)
+ Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resources files, records and documentation
+ Monitors various HR inboxes responding to frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to hiring processes, policies, benefits, etc. Triages more complex questions to the appropriate senior level HR staff and/or management
+ Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
+ Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
+ Provides clerical support to the HR department.
+ May assist with basic payroll functions including one-time submissions and answering employee questions.
+ May assist with new hire orientation.
+ Assists with planning and execution of special events such as region-wide meetings, employee recognition events, holiday parties, and other employee experience events.
**Talent Acquisition Support**
+ **Job Postings & Maintenance** : Create, update, and manage job postings in our HRIS system (Workday) to ensure accurate and timely listings.
+ **Interview Coordination** : Schedule and coordinate interviews through our CRM system (Phenom), ensuring a seamless candidate experience by liaising with hiring managers and interviewers.
+ **Requisition Tracking & Reporting** : Assist in monitoring, updating, and generating reports on open requisitions, providing visibility into hiring progress and recruitment metrics.
+ **Career Fair & Event Support** : Help prepare for career fairs and recruitment events by coordinating logistics, assembling materials, and ensuring a strong employer brand presence.
+ **Administrative Support** : Provide additional support as needed, such as drafting communications, maintaining candidate records, and assisting with special projects related to talent acquisition.
**You’re great at:**
Ideally, you’ll be well versed in administration with some experience in a Human Resource function. Working with Microsoft Office products is a daily occurrence and strong knowledge in these applications will help.
+ Minimum 2 years of HR or related experience
+ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential handle confidential information with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Proficient with MS Office Suite or related software
+ Experience with Workday preferred but not required

The expected salary range for this position is $25/hr to $29/hr, impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
