The HR Associate will be responsible for statutory benefits remittance, company-initiated benefits HRIS management, and vendor relations. Responsibilities Provides assistance concerning government mandated benefits of employees such as loan applications and claim benefits. Processes monthly remittances of the Company (SSS, PAGIBIG,PHILHEALTH). Acts as liaison officer and coordinates with local government offices about the concerns of the Company and Employee. Works with vendors in relation to employee benefit concerns. Handles clinic management concerns. Collaborates with the Payroll team on pay-related instructions and processes. Prepares HRIS/Benefit related reports. Serves as the main point of contact for HRIS tasks. Resolves benefits and HRIS related ticket concerns. Performs other HR-related functions and participates in company engagement activities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology/Human Resource Management course is an advantage but is not required. Must have at least 1 to 2 years of experience in Human Resources; at least 1 year in the Benefits Administration. Proficient personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office, and Google Suite. Must be willing to work onsite and in the mid to night shift.
