Human Resource Business Partner
Responsibilities The Human Resources Business Partner contributes to the accomplishment of Human Resources practices and objectives that will provide an employee-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a dynamic workforce. The Human Resources Business Partner will assist with the implementation of services, policies, and programs through HR staff; reports to the HR Director, and will assist company managers with HR issues.

Performance management and improvement tracking systemsRecruiting and staffing logisticsEmployee orientation, development and training logistics and recordkeepingAssisting with employee relationsCompensation and benefits administration and recordkeepingAssist with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR officeMaintaining employee files and the HR filing systemCompany-wide committee facilitation and participationCompany employee communication Application Requirements A bachelor’s degree Human Resources or Business degreeHR management experience in a similar role 3-5 yearsTraining design and delivery experience 1-3 yearsAt least two years experience with performance management and annual salary review processAt least two years experience with all aspects of recruitment and workforce administrationEffective oral and written communication skillsGeneral knowledge of various employment laws and practicesExperience in administration of benefits and other HR programsExcellent interpersonal skillsSkills in database management and record keepingAble to exhibit a high level of confidentialityExcellent organizational skillsMust be able to identify and resolve problems in a timely mannerMust be able to gather and analyze information skillfullyExcellent computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment#LI-SMI
