The HR Communications Support will be responsible for the following: Responsibilities Help to maintain key reference docs; make simple updates with guidance (org charts, team responsibilities, etc); HR Best Practices/Guidelines; One HR Function Overview Identify topics/stories of interest, both posting content as well as identifying/encouraging other content contributors Maintain new joiner list handle welcome communications to new joiners; keep New Joiner deck updated and schedule quarterly sessions; update HR-Global distribution list with new joiners/remove leavers Audit content, keep current/edit, retire/purge expired content Ensure HR Comms Sharing channel on Teams is organized and well-managed (content hierarchy) Help construct/edit quarterly HR Sneak Peek (ie. the quarterly HR newsletter) Compile and manage recognition process; line up IT support; manage show flow and logistics; other pre/post event activities (post-event summary, post replay and materials to Teams) Help to build, disseminate, construct distro lists and track content as needed (and/or train others across One HR), edit content POC for HR and C&B Comms Calendar – ensure core activities are documented, tap One HR program owners for their contributions. Flow in corporate activity as appropriate Qualifications Graduate of any 4-years bachelor’s degree course, preferably in Human Resource, Behavioral Science, Psychology, or any related field 2 to 5 years of professional experience in handling Employee Relations and Engagement function in a BPO/shared services environment With experience in handling HR Communications and Onboarding; can create HR newsletters and other marketing/branding related materials Good command of written and spoken English, savvy in using GSuite, Microsoft Office, etc Customer-focused and works effectively with others in getting things done Well-organized and committed to meeting tight deadlines, ability to work under pressure/challenging working environment Understand the workings of the law inside the company’s premises and use it for the best practices Should acquire excellent interpersonal skills to understand the issue Hub article content creation; support some of CHRO comms needs (speaker notes/scripts for some events, some social media activity, etc.)
