Eagle Harbor, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a federal contracting leader is looking for a Human Resource Coordinator. The role of the Human Resources Coordinator is to establish an NTC on-site HR point of contact: (1) to provide information and coordination on all HR concerns; and (2) to facilitate employee access to their corporate HR departments in a timely and effective manner (3) collecting all required forms. The HR Coordinator also assists in providing training and information on a variety of NTC specific programs and responsibilities. This position will be located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position)
· Responsible for processing new employees, transfers, and resignations.
· Manages orientation of new personnel for the purpose of ensuring new employees are knowledgeable of current practices.
· Maintains a variety of employment files and records.
· Responds to a variety of written and verbal inquiries from a variety of internal and external sources.
· Partner with corporate to communicate their human resources policies, procedures, and programs.
· Assist NTC managers in preparing new job descriptions.
· Ensure that recruitment and selection of NTC personnel is done objectively and based on job descriptions.
· Assist NTC managers in the implementation of the NTC performance appraisal system. Ensure meaningful performance reviews for all NTC staff are carried out on a regular basis and counsel NTC managers on writing reviews.
· Assist NTC managers with disciplinary issues. Assist and train NTC managers on the proper documentation relating to disciplinary actions in accordance with the employee’s corporate human resource office.
· Keep senior management informed regarding Human Resource matters.
· Provide effective and appropriate channels of open communication and participation for employees.
· Assist the corporate human resource personnel of the two teaming partners in hiring, discipline, individual performance, and leave.
Minimum Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, business or Organization Development. Experience may be substituted for this requirement.
· 5 years of human resource experience.
· 3 to 5 years administrative experience.
· Masters in Human Resources preferred
