This role involves supporting the day-to-day administration of the plant Human Resources department. The HR Coordinator will support the recruitment process and ensure efficient completion of HR-related tasks; supports, administers and coordinates corporate HR programs.

Temp-to-Hire position$23.00 to $28.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Support, administer and coordinate corporate HR programs and initiatives.Process all hourly new hires and terminations.Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis in AS400 and ADP.Participate in webinars and seminarsAssist with projects.Human Resource Coordinator Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Human Resources, Management, Business or Psychology or equivalent, or one to three years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.Possess intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook), Internet/Intranet experience.Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
