We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Data Analyst to support our HR team by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting employee data to provide insights that drive strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will specialize in data management, reporting, and workforce analytics, ensuring data accuracy and supporting decision-making across HR functions. Responsibilities Data Management and Analysis: Collect, organize, and maintain HR data, including employee records, workforce demographics, compensation, benefits, and performance metrics. Perform detailed analysis of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform HR strategies and business decisions. Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel to communicate findings to stakeholders. Support workforce planning by providing data-driven insights on headcount, attrition, retention, and recruitment metrics. Reporting and Compliance: Prepare and deliver accurate reports for HR leadership, finance, and other stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company standards and government regulations. Ensure the integrity of HR data by performing regular audits and addressing inconsistencies. Provide reports for regulatory compliance, including data submissions to government agencies (e.g., DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, BIR). HR System Optimization: Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize HRIS and other data systems for improved reporting and analytics. Assist in the implementation and maintenance of HR systems, ensuring user-friendliness and data integrity. Identify opportunities to automate and streamline HR data processes for increased efficiency. Strategic Contributions: Partner with HR leadership to develop KPIs and benchmarks for evaluating the effectiveness of HR programs and policies. Support compensation and benefits reviews by providing market comparisons and internal equity analysis. Assist in employee engagement and performance analysis to design actionable plans for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar role. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau. Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP, Workday, Oracle, or local HR platforms). Strong understanding of HR metrics, processes, and compliance requirements. Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with large datasets. Preferred Skills: Experience with statistical analysis and predictive modeling is a plus. Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, Philippine Data Privacy Act). Strong interpersonal and communication skills to present findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
