Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will handle various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, benefits, and training. The HR Generalist will play a vital part in fostering a positive work environment while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
+ Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
+ Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate workplace disputes to promote a harmonious environment.
+ Support company initiatives aimed at employee engagement and retention.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
+ Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and manage recruitment processes.
+ Coordinate interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet job requirements.
+ Oversee onboarding procedures and ensure new hires are well-integrated.
HR Policy Compliance:
+ Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal labor laws and regulatory requirements.
+ Maintain accurate records and documentation to comply with legal standards.
+ Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies.
Training and Development:
+ Support the implementation of training programs and opportunities for employee development.
+ Manage mentoring programs and assess their impact on professional growth.
+ Advocate for upskilling and reskilling initiatives to address workplace skill gaps.
Benefits Administration:
+ Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
+ Handle inquiries related to compensation and benefits to ensure employees’ needs are met.
HR Systems Management:
+ Utilize HRIS platforms for workforce data management and reporting.
+ Monitor system performance and recommend updates to improve efficiency.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
+ Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in human resources or a related role.
+ Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations, such as FMLA, ADA, and EEO.
+ Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, ADP, or Concur).
