Description Position Overview: We’re seeking a skilled and motivated HR Generalist to support our clients growing team in the Miramar area. This contract-to-hire position is ideal for an HR professional with at least 3 years of hands-on experience and a strong background in benefits administration. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and ready to jump in and make an impact across multiple HR functions. Key Responsibilities: + Administer and support employee benefits programs (health, dental, vision, 401k, etc.), including enrollments, changes, and employee education + Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining accurate employee records + Provide support in employee relations, responding to questions and concerns with professionalism and discretion + Help ensure HR policies and procedures are followed and compliant with employment laws + Assist in recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening, and interview coordination + Support HR reporting, audits, and documentation + Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve HR processes and employee experience Requirements Requirements: + Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role + Must have prior experience handling employee benefits administration + Solid understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills + Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities + Experience with HRIS systems; ADP experience a plus + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred TalentMatch® Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
