Human Resource Generalist
*Job Overview:* This position provides professional support for human resource functions across the Montana Judicial Branch. The role involves work in recruitment, onboarding, personnel records, ADA/FMLA guidance, leave management, Human Resource (HR) systems, employee relations, and compliance. The position reports to the Director of Human Resources and Court Services and functions as part of a small, statewide HR team serving district courts, treatment courts, youth probation offices, and other judicial branch staff.
