Human Resource (HR) Generalist

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to join our team as an HR Generalist. This fully remote role will play a vital part in overseeing talent development including recruitment and ongoing employee development at Hashtag Interactive. If you have a passion for people, a knack for HR processes, and experience using HR tools like 15Five, we’d love to hear from you!

First 90 Days Expectations:
Familiarize with Hashtag Interactive’s HR Processes and Tools:

Understand our recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes. Get up to speed with 15Five and other HR tools we use.

Support Recruitment and Onboarding:

Assist in overseeing the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and interviews. Ensure smooth onboarding for new hires, including orientation and initial training coordination in coordination with our People Support team

Collaborate with Team Leaders on Training and Development Plans:

Meet with leaders from different teams to understand their training needs and personnel development goals. Begin drafting training and development plans based on team inputs.

Typical/Ongoing Expectations:
Oversee Recruitment and Hiring Processes:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire top talent. Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and assist with final hiring decisions.

Talent Development Responsibilities:

Oversee the onboarding process for employees, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles. Monitor employee performance and engagement using 15Five. Ensure regular check-ins, performance reviews, and one-on-ones are conducted. Work with team leaders to develop and update training programs and professional development plans.

Manage Employee Satisfaction and Engagement:

Own the employee satisfaction survey process, analyze results, and provide actionable insights. Develop initiatives to boost employee morale and engagement based on survey findings. Work closely with the People Support team to plan and execute company events, both virtual and in-person. Promote a positive work culture aligned with Hashtag Interactive’s core values.

People Analytics and Reporting:

Provide people analytics reports to leadership, including metrics on recruitment, retention, and performance. Use data to inform HR strategies and initiatives.
