We make an impact by creating solutions that drive progress. We are looking for two Human Resource Interns to join our team this summer! We are seeking analytical, creative, and strategic individuals who are interested in gaining hands-on experience and working on challenging projects. Interns will use data analysis and problem solving to deliver recommendations to HR and business leaders at KLA. The individual in this role will assume responsibility for all or part of a major HR project in alignment with HR strategic objectives and will interact with both the HR team and the greater KLA employee base to complete the assigned projects. All projects will involve data collection and analysis, literature review, employee interviews and presentations.
The ideal candidate will have:

Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work collaboratively across the business and partner with individuals across different geographies, as needed

Ability to apply concepts and theories from their studies to complete their project work
Currently enrolled in a graduate program in HR/OD with immigration authorization to undertake corporate internship projects.
