Human Resource Manager

Compensation: $81,900 to $110,600 per year

The opportunity

Delaware North’s Patina Group is searching for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our enterprise HR team to provide support specific to our Disney Florida locations at Disney Springs and Epcot in Orlando, Florida. Our ideal candidate has a thorough understanding of HR policy and procedures and is an effective communicator and influencer of team members at all levels of an organization. We are eager to find an HR Manager who easily connects with people and has a detail-oriented mindset to handle the changing nature of our organization and the workforce. This role will have primary HR oversight for 8 restaurants and will be the connector between the location and our broader HR HR Support team.  If you are adept at building strong relationships and deeply knowledgeable about HR policies, compliance, and best practices, you could be a great fit for this role. 

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $81,900 – $110,600 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. Align HR strategies with business goals across multiple locations to drive growth, engagement, and retention Secure buy-in and implement HR policies, initiatives, and compliance standards, conducting internal audits and managing risk Handle all team member relations matters and complaints, including conducting investigations and complaint resolution Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations, as well as company policies and procedures Act as a connector between the location and our enterprise HR team, advocating and educating for consistent and best practice policies and practices and sharing insights and knowledge unique to the location Use HR analytics to guide decision-making and evaluate success in turnover, engagement, and effectiveness  More about you Minimum 7-10 years HR management experience with at least 3 years HR Generalist experience; hospitality background Required. Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or related field preferred; PHR or SPHR certification is a plus Experience in a union environment strongly preferred, with ability to read and interpret collective bargaining agreements to advise management Seeking experience with Workday, UKG, or similar preferred; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and conduct thorough and unbiased investigations Proven background in employee relations, talent management, training, and regulatory compliance  Ability to travel between Disney Springs and Epcot throughout the week.
