As the Human Resources Manager, you will play an essential role in supporting and shaping our home care team. From recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and compliance, you'll be a key player in fostering a positive, productive, and supportive work environment. What You’ll Do: Recruitment & Staffing Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, including job postings, candidate screenings, interviews, and hiring for caregiver roles. Collaborate with our Client Support Specialist to understand staffing needs and ensure we have a team of qualified professionals ready to meet client needs. Onboarding & Training Coordinate seamless new hire onboarding, including paperwork, background checks, and all necessary training. Ensure our caregivers receive ongoing training and development opportunities to foster both employee retention and career growth. Keep us fully compliant with all state and federal regulations for home care agencies. Employee Relations Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment where employees feel valued and respected. Manage performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and create improvement plans where needed. Compliance & Documentation Stay ahead of changing federal and state labor laws and home care industry regulations, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and guidelines. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates to compliance documentation. Assist in audits and reporting, ensuring all deadlines are met. Employee Retention & Engagement Create and implement strategies to reduce turnover and boost employee morale. Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives to keep our team engaged and motivated. What We’re Looking For: Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). Minimum 3 years of HR experience, ideally in healthcare, home care, or service-oriented industries. Strong understanding of HR best practices and regulations specific to the home care industry. Experience with recruitment for healthcare or home care positions is a plus. Skills & Qualities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Proficient in Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite. Personal Attributes Compassionate, approachable, and customer-focused. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
